Are your goods authentic?
All of our inventory is pre-authenticated by our suppliers and rigorously re-authenticated in-house. In addition, we are partnering with Entrupy, one of the most respected handbag authentication companies in the industry, to provide an industry accepted certificate of authentication. This third party authentication provides another layer of guarantee to our customers and additional value to our reseller clients.
Are your goods in stock?
All of the items for sale in our showroom are in stock. We own all of our inventory and we do not drop ship from other sellers or accept consignments to allow us to fully inspect the condition of all items.
Can I make an offer?
We do intensive research and price our goods competitively in the market, often undercutting our competitors for items of the same quality. So our prices as is are already great deals. However, we will be glad to hear from you if you would like to make a serious and reasonable offer for any items we have on sale. You can send us a message over Facebook Messenger or via email .
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal and credit cards. We also accept wire payments, bank transfers and Zelle. We are in the process of setting up payments via Apple Pay.
I am an international buyer, what do I need to know?
We regularly ship overseas to most destinations. Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. We are happy to say that we do not charge sales tax for buyers outside of the U.S.A. Your government may charge you sales tax and customs duties outside of our transaction, and is of course your responsibility.
